Improved Commit behavior:
- does not try to commit missing items as deleted, if having remote information incoming;
- items presented in the Commit dialog box can be sorted again by the information presented on each column;
- removed No ignore option from the same dialog box, since it cannot be applied always.
Improved working copy items handling (externals, switched and conflicted items) for Remove from version control option.
Fixed cases when Delete operation did not inform the user about errors raised while deleting working copy items.
Fixed cases when trying to delete external files reported as missing (SVN 1.6 issue).
Fixed working copy item state reporting:
- missing items are not presented as pseudo-conflicts if having remote information incoming;
- improved pseudo-conflict state detection between item deletion and item properties modifications.
