Orders history

The order history contains information about your current license status, a purchase suggestion (when necessary) and a report with all orders placed by you and recorded in our database with the email address you provided.

If you want to buy a renewal or an upgrade you will be asked for the purchase id of the original order you need to upgrade/renew. If you do not have this code, please request the history of your orders.

There are two methods to send us an order history request:

  • Send us a request by email.

    For security reasons the order history will be send only to the email address shown in the 'From' field (and not to the email address from the 'Reply-to' field).

    The order history process is automated. You just have to click on the above link and then choose 'Send' from your email client. Please do not edit the message. The email is processed based on the address from the 'From' field.

  • Submit the email address you used in the previous ordering process(es).
    If you are not listed in the database no email will be sent to the address inserted above.

    The automated responder will reply in less than 20 minutes, with the list of orders that have either the delivery or the billing address matching your address. Note that the email addresses submitted here are not recorded anywhere on our servers.
